Excellent service from Matt Haynes and colleagues (Kevin, Louise, etc). After-sales advice from Matt Haynes and Phil Barrett was excellent. I've might have dropped one star only because centre is very busy which can lead to long waits.

Job well done, but I think that charging £8.56 for a battery, presumably for the key, is a bit steep when I buy and fit them myself for 20p.

While the overall service was good. I was dissatisfied with the communication over the delays that a simple service and tyre change. The ETA went from 1day to 3 days and I had to call multiple times just to get an update.
