The whole process was extremely protracted and too many forms to sign. I would have preferred to spend that time being taken through the car controls and my personal settings applied. That said the sales team could not have been more accomodating.

Trying to book a service was a nightmare. Your AI telephone is a nightmare. I had to leave a message then when you returned my call my phone rang once and went to voicemail. It took 5 attempts to book the service. 5 stars for staff at Tring!

Unhappy with the £25 charge for the courtessy car. It as waved when I questioned it. This is a short sighted policy. Other dealerships offer this FOC meaning they are more likely to recieve future service business. Never been charged before anywhere.

Great experience at Tring throughout. I had a while u wait brake fluid service, this was done efficiently and I was on my way quickly. I had good facilities to work while I waited and was kept well informed during my visit.

Came in for an airbag recall. Sadly, half the parts weren't available so job only half done. Was told the missing parts would be in within a week but 3 weeks later, still no word.

It would be a great service if you included a video of the repair when the bulk of the work is underneath the car and not visible to the customer. With a bill of £4000+, it would be an asset to both parties.

Disappointed. We had an oil service warning on the PCM so brought it in. The mechanic didn't not reset the PCM after doing the service so we had to bring the car back in for it to be reset and cleared. We don't live locally so annoying.

Communication about the scope of work was confused. While I accept the need for some items emerged during the works I believed the hand brake clip replacement was included within the cost quoted at the start. Not so it will be £500 more.

The service and the communication was wonderful, clear and informative. However the courtesy car when issued was dirty and clearly was not cleaned when issued, food and hair everywhere would have expected better. No charge was applied as a gesture.

Only comment is that the Vehicle Health Check says all 4 tyres are the same (original equipment) whereas two of them are actually Pirelli.

My DashCam was installed quicker than expected. It looks and works great. The car then received a full under car check and a complimentary valet. BMW Tring are always so efficient and reliable. Top notch service.
